Accepted Payment Methods
At BMC Collection, we offer multiple payment options to ensure convenience and security for our customers. Currently, we accept the following payment methods:
1.1 Cash on Delivery (COD)
- Customers can choose to pay in cash when they receive their order at the delivery address.
- Please ensure that you have the exact amount ready as delivery personnel may not always have change available.
- COD service is available for selected locations within Pakistan.
- Orders placed with COD must be confirmed via phone or email before processing.
1.2 Card Payments (Debit/Credit Cards)
- We accept Visa, MasterCard, and other major debit/credit cards.
- Transactions are securely processed using encrypted payment gateways.
- Your card information is never stored on our servers for security purposes.
- If a payment is declined, please check with your bank for authorization issues.
1.3 Easypaisa
- Customers can make payments via the Easypaisa mobile app or by visiting an Easypaisa agent.
- Once the transaction is completed, customers must share the Transaction ID with our support team to confirm payment.
- Payment details will be provided at checkout.
1.4 JazzCash
- Payments can also be made through JazzCash mobile wallet or at JazzCash agent locations.
- Similar to Easypaisa, customers need to provide proof of payment by sharing the Transaction ID.
- Payment details will be displayed at checkout.
2. Payment Processing & Order Confirmation
- Orders will only be processed once the payment is verified (except for COD orders).
- If you choose COD, our team may contact you to confirm the order before dispatch.
- For Easypaisa and JazzCash payments, you must complete the payment within 24 hours after placing the order. If payment is not received, your order may be canceled.
- In case of any delays or issues with payment, please contact our customer support team.
3. Security & Fraud Prevention
We take security very seriously and have implemented strict measures to protect your payment information:
- All online card payments are processed through secure payment gateways with SSL encryption.
- We do not store or share your credit/debit card details—transactions are handled by third-party financial institutions.
- Suspicious transactions or multiple failed attempts may result in your order being flagged for verification.
- BMC Collection reserves the right to cancel any order if fraudulent activity is suspected.
To prevent fraud, customers making payments via Easypaisa or JazzCash must ensure they are sending payments to the official BMC Collection account, as provided at checkout.
4. Currency & Additional Charges
- All transactions on our website are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
- Any additional service fees for Easypaisa or JazzCash transfers are the responsibility of the customer.
- If you are using an international bank card, currency conversion rates and fees may apply, depending on your bank’s policies.
5. Refunds, Chargebacks & Disputes
5.1 Refund Policy
- If you have received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, you may be eligible for a refund or exchange in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
- Refunds will be processed via the same payment method used for the original transaction.
- For Easypaisa and JazzCash payments, refunds (if applicable) will be transferred back to the sender’s account.
5.2 Chargebacks & Unauthorized Payments
- If a customer disputes a valid transaction through their bank or payment provider, an investigation will be conducted.
- Fraudulent chargeback claims will be reported, and legal action may be taken if necessary.
