Welcome to BMC Collection! We aim to provide a fast, reliable, and hassle-free delivery experience across Pakistan. Please read our delivery terms carefully before placing an order.

1. Delivery Locations
We currently deliver to all major cities and towns in Pakistan, including but not limited to:
- Lahore
- Karachi
- Islamabad
- Rawalpindi
- Faisalabad
- Multan
- Sialkot
- Gujranwala
- Peshawar
- Quetta
For deliveries to remote areas, please contact our support team to confirm service availability.
2. Delivery Timeframes
We strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible. Estimated delivery times are as follows:
- Major Cities (Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, etc.): 2 to 4 business days
- Other Cities & Towns: 3 to 6 business days
- Remote Areas: 5 to 8 business days
Express Delivery (Where Available): Some orders may qualify for 1-2 day delivery within certain cities. Additional charges may apply.
Note: Delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, strikes, public holidays, or courier service delays.
3. Delivery Charges
- Standard Delivery:
- Delivery charges vary based on location and order size. The exact amount will be displayed at checkout.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders:
- A small COD handling fee may be applicable for certain locations.
- Free Delivery Offers:
- We occasionally offer free delivery promotions on select products or order values. Keep an eye on our website and social media for updates!
4. Order Processing & Shipment
- Orders are processed within 24-48 hours after confirmation.
- Customers selecting Cash on Delivery (COD) must confirm their order via phone or email before dispatch.
- You will receive a tracking number once your order is shipped. You can track your order online via the courier’s website.
- If there is any issue with order processing, our team will contact you via email or phone.
5. Delivery Partner & Tracking
We use reliable courier services such as:
- TCS
- Leopards Courier
- M&P
- Pakistan Post (for remote areas)
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or email, allowing you to monitor your shipment’s progress.
6. Delivery Attempts & Failed Deliveries
- If the courier is unable to deliver your package on the first attempt, they may make one or two additional attempts.
- If delivery fails due to the customer’s unavailability, incorrect address, or refusal to accept the order, the order may be canceled and returned to us.
- For COD orders, repeated refusals or failure to accept deliveries may result in restrictions on future purchases.
7. Inspecting Your Order Upon Delivery
- Before signing the delivery receipt, please inspect your package to ensure it is intact and in good condition.
- If you notice any damage, do not accept the package and immediately inform our support team.
- If a product is found to be defective or incorrect after delivery, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for assistance.
8. Delivery Issues & Delays
While we work hard to deliver on time, occasional delays may occur due to:
- Public holidays, extreme weather, or courier service disruptions.
- Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
- High order volumes during sales, promotions, or holiday seasons.

9. Change of Delivery Address
- Once an order is placed, you can request a delivery address change within 12 hours by contacting our support team.
- If the order has already been shipped, we may not be able to modify the delivery address.
