1. Payment & Pricing
1.1 Accepted Payment Methods
We offer multiple payment options for your convenience:
✅ Cash on Delivery (COD) – Pay when you receive your order.
✅ Debit/Credit Card Payments – Secure payments via Visa, MasterCard, and other major cards.
✅ Easypaisa – Send payments via the Easypaisa app or agent.
✅ JazzCash – Make payments easily through JazzCash.
For Easypaisa and JazzCash payments, customers must share the transaction ID with our support team for order verification.
1.2 Pricing Policy
- All product prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
- Prices displayed on our website are final and inclusive of applicable taxes, unless stated otherwise.
- BMC Collection reserves the right to update product prices without prior notice due to market fluctuations.
1.3 Discounts & Promotions
- We may offer discounts, promotional deals, and seasonal sales from time to time.
- Discounts are valid only for the duration of the promotion and cannot be applied after an order is placed.
- Some discount codes may have conditions (minimum order value, expiry date, etc.).
1.4 Refunds & Chargebacks
- Refunds are processed according to our Refund Policy.
- Chargebacks for legitimate transactions will be investigated, and necessary action will be taken against fraudulent claims.
2. Delivery Terms
2.1 Delivery Locations
We deliver to all major cities and towns across Pakistan, including but not limited to:
- Lahore
- Karachi
- Islamabad
- Rawalpindi
- Faisalabad
- Multan
- Sialkot
- Gujranwala
- Peshawar
- Quetta
For deliveries to remote areas, please contact our support team to confirm availability.
2.2 Delivery Timeframes
- Major Cities: 2 to 4 business days
- Other Cities & Towns: 3 to 6 business days
- Remote Areas: 5 to 8 business days
🚀 Express Delivery (Where Available): Select orders may qualify for 1-2 day delivery within certain cities. Extra charges may apply.
Note: Delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, public holidays, or courier delays.
2.3 Delivery Charges
- Standard Delivery Fees: Delivery charges vary by location and will be displayed at checkout.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: A small COD handling fee may be applied for select locations.
- Free Delivery Offers: Occasionally, we offer free delivery promotions on specific products or orders above a certain amount.
2.4 Order Processing & Shipping
- Orders are processed within 24-48 hours after confirmation.
- COD orders require confirmation via phone or email before dispatch.
- A tracking number will be provided after your order is shipped.
2.5 Delivery Partners
We use reliable courier services for fast and secure deliveries, including:
- TCS
- Leopards Courier
- M&P
- Pakistan Post (for remote areas)
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your shipment’s progress.
2.6 Failed Deliveries & Redelivery
- If the first delivery attempt fails, the courier may attempt delivery up to two more times.
- If delivery fails due to an incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal to accept the order, the package may be returned to us.
- COD customers who repeatedly fail to accept deliveries may be restricted from placing future orders.
2.7 Inspecting Your Order Upon Delivery
- Customers should inspect their order before signing the delivery receipt.
- If the package is damaged or tampered with, do not accept the parcel and contact us immediately.
- If an incorrect or defective item is delivered, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy.
2.8 Delivery Delays & Issues
While we strive to deliver on time, some factors may cause delays, such as:
- Public holidays, extreme weather, or courier service disruptions.
- Incorrect shipping details provided by the customer.
- High order volumes during sales or holiday seasons.

2.9 Changing Your Delivery Address
- You can request a delivery address change within 12 hours of placing your order.
- Once an order has been shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery address.
